From a blanket that wraps around the body to a cushion that adapts as passengers shift in their seats, Buzz is rethinking Premium Economy comfort with a suite of products developed in partnership with Tangerine.
Buzz showcased the collaboration’s four comfort concepts at IFSA Global EXPO in Dallas last week, following the initial launch at WTCE. At the Buzz booth, Meagan English demonstrated the collection for PAX International and said the partnership has received a positive industry response.
Combining Buzz’s onboard product expertise with Tangerine’s cabin experience design, the collection addresses familiar inflight challenges: finding a supportive resting position, blocking out distractions and staying comfortable as posture changes during a long flight.
The Cocooning Blanket features a shaped design that wraps naturally around the body, with cloud-inspired pinsonic detailing. Its enveloping form is designed to help passengers settle in for rest.

The Sensory Shut-out Eye Mask with Integrated Earbuds pairs a padded eye mask with sound-reducing earbuds built into the straps. The earbuds are easy to access and can be removed for independent use, giving passengers flexibility in how they manage light and sound.

Moving beyond the familiar U-shaped travel pillow, the Adjustable Flat-Roll Neck Pillow has a compact, ergonomic design that passengers can shape into different supportive forms to improve alignment.

Completing the collection, the Foldout Lumbar Cushion provides lower back and lateral support, adapting to shifting posture throughout the flight.

English said the concepts aim to enhance comfort, wellbeing and ease of use in Premium Economy. Together, the suite of concepts offer a glimpse at how onboard amenities can evolve to better support the way passengers rest and travel.
