IFSA Global EXPO heads to Dallas, marking new chapter

IFSA Global EXPO relocates to Dallas for 2026 edition
IFSA Global EXPO will move to Dallas, Texas, for the first time in 2026, signaling a new chapter for the long-running onboard services event. After several years in Long Beach, the show will take place September 9 to10, co-located with Future Travel Experience (FTE), and timed around the U.S. Labor Day holiday week.
Set in one of the world’s most connected aviation hubs, IFSA Global EXPO 2026 will continue to deliver its signature mix of chef demonstrations, thought leadership sessions and high-value airline–supplier meetings, while leveraging Dallas’ strong airline presence and accessibility. The move is designed to inject fresh momentum into the event while maintaining its core focus on meaningful, business-driven engagement.
New for 2026 is a dedicated “Fun Night” networking experience, taking place on September 8 at the Glass Cactus, offering attendees a relaxed evening of food, beverage and live entertainment away from the show floor. The two-day exhibition will feature a full program of airline breakfasts, educational sessions, chef demos and hosted networking moments, concluding with an IFSA Closing Reception on the show floor.
IFSA Global EXPO brings together airline buyers and decision-makers actively sourcing new products and partners. Building on strong airline participation in 2025, organizers say the move to Dallas sets the stage for another year of high-value conversations and global industry engagement.
