Siete Foods and Southwest Airlines showcase co-branded snack offerings featuring Mexican Wedding Cookies
Southwest Airlines is expanding its onboard snack offering through a partnership with Siete Foods Foods, introducing a better-for-you option for passengers traveling in Extra Leg Room (ELR) seats.
The collaboration will debut with Siete Mini Grain Free Mexican Wedding Cookies, selected by passengers following extensive testing that evaluated more than 200 snack options.
The cookies are grain-free, gluten-free and dairy-free, made with ingredients including almond flour, pecans, powdered sugar and cinnamon.

“We continue to evolve our offerings with elevated options, and we are proud to welcome Siete into our snack lineup for Extra Leg Room customers,” said Lisa Hingson, Vice President of Customer Experience and Innovation at Southwest Airlines, in a statement.
The new snack will be introduced through a phased rollout, beginning with a preview on April 21 for select ELR passengers. The cookies will officially join Southwest’s onboard snack lineup on June 18, coinciding with the airline’s anniversary.
The launch will also mark Southwest’s first co-branded onboard snack packaging, highlighting the shared Texas roots and focus on hospitality between the airline and Siete Foods.
