dnata Singapore Catering & Retail has been selected by AirMacau for catering services on its route from Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) to Macau (MFM). Part of the Air China group, Air Macau operates a daily service from SIN to the former Portuguese colony, now a Special Administrative Region (S.A.R.) of China. The city is famous for its unique Macanese cuisine, which is a blend of Portuguese and Cantonese cultures.
