CCE Group acquires InTech Aerospace to expand cabin MRO capabilities
CCE Group has acquired InTech Aerospace, expanding its capabilities in cabin maintenance, repair and overhaul as part of its strategy to build an integrated aerospace services platform.
Announced April 30, the acquisition brings Houston-based InTech Aerospace into the CCE Group portfolio, adding expertise in cabin repair, refurbishment, fabrication and aftermarket support.
InTech Aerospace has established a reputation for technical capability and execution in aircraft interiors, supporting airlines with services that maintain and upgrade cabin components critical to both operations and passenger experience.
“With this acquisition, we are adding a business with real technical depth and a strong reputation in a demanding part of the aircraft environment,” said Klaus Hofmann, Group Chief Executive Officer of CCE Group, in a statement. “We are proud to welcome InTech Aerospace into CCE Group.”
The addition of InTech Aerospace strengthens CCE Group’s position in the cabin interiors segment while enhancing its ability to support airlines beyond product supply. By integrating MRO services into its offering, the Group aims to deepen relationships with operators and provide more comprehensive lifecycle support.
Hofmann said the acquisition aligns with CCE Group’s broader strategy of connecting complementary capabilities across its platform.
“InTech Aerospace fits that logic extremely well. It adds MRO-related expertise to the Group, expands our presence in the Americas, and helps us create greater value for our customers,” he said.
The deal also reinforces CCE Group’s footprint in North America, increasing proximity to key airline customers in a strategic market and creating opportunities for further growth.
Scott Mowery, Chief Executive Officer of InTech Aerospace, said joining the Group will support the company’s next phase of development.
“Becoming part of CCE Group gives us the opportunity to grow inside a wider aerospace ecosystem, collaborate with complementary businesses, and bring even more value to our customers through a stronger and more integrated offer,” he said.
InTech Aerospace’s previous investors, including Azalea Capital and Argosy Private Equity, highlighted the company’s growth and operational progress leading up to the transaction.
CCE Group said the acquisition is part of its long-term plan to unite specialized aerospace businesses into a global platform while preserving their individual strengths. The Group will continue to pursue acquisitions that expand its capabilities and enhance value for airline and operator customers.
