Registration opens for AIX and WTCE 2026

The IFEC Zone at AIX 2025
Registration is now live for Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE), which return to Hamburg Messe from April 14 to 16, 2026. Serving the global aviation cabin interiors and onboard services communities, the co-located events promise three days of networking, product launches and fresh insight – both debuting brand-new zones for 2026.
As the largest annual gathering of global airlines and suppliers–with more than 200 commercial airlines and more than 800 exhibitors across both events–attending AIX and WTCE is the best opportunity to connect with the entire passenger experience ecosystem, with a single badge granting entry to both shows.
PAX International and PAX Tech Magazines are proud to be media partners for these events, bringing live updates from the expo floor.
A day of insight to fuel the week
The week begins with the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on April 13, bringing together airline executives and industry leaders for strategic discussions on digital transformation, passenger wellness and sustainable travel.
Confirmed speakers include representatives from Lufthansa Group, United Airlines, Teague, Panasonic Avionics, Tangerine, Fiji Airways, Aer Lingus, Ethiopian Airlines Group and Saudia, with additional speakers to be announced soon. The full-day conference provides senior decision-makers with big picture thinking, future direction and competitive advantage ahead of the exhibition floors opening on April 14.
