Burrana names Andy Fellows VP Customer Programs & Services
Andy Fellows, VP Customer Programs and Services, Burrana
Burrana has named Andy Fellows as Vice President, Customer Programs and Services. Fellows will oversee customer fulfillment across the organization leading the Airline Services, Program Management, Contract Management and Order Administration teams, the March 7 press release said.
Fellows brings a wealth of experience in IFE, Operations and Program Management to the role, most recently working as VP/GM for Panasonic Avionics supporting Asia, China and Japan. He also previously served on the board of Panasonic Avionics Services, overseeing Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO) in Asia.
Before his time in Asia, Fellows held various roles in Program Management and Customer Services at Panasonic, including leading the Program Management Organization. HE also worked at Virgin Atlantic as a Design and Development Engineer in Cabin Systems.

He holds a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
