Omnevo and Alpha Flight Services UAE extend onboard retail POS partnership
Omnevo has announced a multi-year extension of its partnership with Alpha Flight Services UAE. Through the partnership, Omnevo provides its onboard retail application POS including digital pre-order distribution as well as digital crew meal application alongside its back-office logistics platform, enabling efficient management of onboard retail inventory and crew meal processes across Air Arabia’s operations.
The integrated solution helps streamline operational workflows between catering, logistics and onboard teams, improving visibility and coordination while supporting consistent onboard service delivery.

Working with catering partner Alpha Flight Services UAE, the airline has been on a journey to modernize its onboard retail and catering operations through digitalization, the April 21 press release said. Omnevo’s platform integrates systems across catering logistics, crew processes, inflight retail and preorder services, replacing manual and paper-based workflows with a unified digital ecosystem.
