APOT meeting to be held in Perth June 24 to 26, plus Mercury Award judging on June 23

APOT
has made several big announcements regarding their 2018 Perth-based forum, being held June 24 to 26.

Hon. Paul Papalia, Western Australia's Minister for Tourism, will be featured as a keynote speaker, along with presentations from Michael Wahl, formerly of LSG and now with miChoice Consulting, and Mercury Judge Simon Heppner, former consultant to Virgin Atlantic and Director of the Sustainable Restaurants Association.

SIAL and APOT have also announced that the Mercury Award judging for entrants in the Southeast Asia and Australasia regions will take place on Saturday, June 23, ahead of the first day of the conference.

APOT will feature the usual relaxed networking with industry leaders from the region, a golf tournament, visits to a Western Australian vineyard, and a tru Ozzie “Bush-tucker” evening.
