Better Air probiotic air purifier for cabins

By Rachel Debling

Probiotics may be best known as a trendy yogurt additive but a new product made available through a partnership with Kaelis and biotechnology company Better Air is bringing this health-booster to a new series of cabin cleansing products.

As reported in Kaelis' March newsletter, this first-time product purifies not only the air but also the surfaces of objects through Better Air's Enviro-Biotics™ technology. This proprietary system targets harmful bacteria while also replenishing healthy bacteria to promote a balanced cabin ecosystem.

This technology automatically and continuously releases Enviro-Biotics into the air via existing air ducts, creating a protective layer throughout the cabin interior. It also penetrates hard to clean and difficult to reach objects like seats, tables and buckles, improving the efficiency of a plane's ECS (Environmental Control System Operation).
