Plaza Premium Group announced today the opening of Aerotel Beijing hotel at Beijing Daxing International Airport, the flagship in the region. The opening comes on the heels of Plaza Premium Group’s strategic expansion in China as a response to an increasing demand for enhanced airport services.

The 9,000-square-foot hotel has 215 guest suites, a lounge, Wi-Fi service, fitness center, game room and multi-functional spaces for meetings and private dinners. The hotel offers flexible check-in and check-out to accommodate travelers flight times using a charge-by-the-hour system. There are five different room options: Superior Single, Superior Double, Deluxe Double, Family Room and Accessible Room.

The Library Lounge sits 192 and offers an international buffet and a la carte menu with local flavors, such as Beijing Style Noodles with Soybean Paste and Pork, Braised Pork and Egg in Black Vinegar and Beans, and Millet Cake.

The meeting rooms, called Xijin House and Jibei House, and VIP room Guji House all take on ancient names from Daxing. Equipped with full audio and visual systems, the multi-functional facilities can serve as venues for meetings, private dinners and intimate social gatherings with a capacity of up to 36 guests.

“We created Aerotel to take care of travelers needing a space to rest right at the terminal with no constraint on check-in time,” said Song Hoi-see, Founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group, in a release from the company. “We welcome this precious opportunity to become an integral part of Beijing Daxing International Airport.”

According to a press release from the company, plaza Premium Group is planning upwards of 40 new openings across multiple cities by 2024, the same year that China is predicated to become the world’s largest aviation market.
