Hotel Lancaster-crafted drinks come to Air France's Business Class

By Rachel Debling

The first Hotel Lancaster-inspired cocktail hits the Business Class cabin on all long-haul Air France flights this spring

Air France's Business Class passengers now have the option of ordering a new cocktail created by the head bartender at Paris' Hotel Lancaster. The cocktail will be renewed every six months, first for the spring-summer season and then for the autumn-winter season. Each cocktail variation will contain high-quality French ingredients and a Champagne topping.

The spring/summer 2019 cocktail was inspired by the South of France, with notes of cherry and lime and Marie Brizard rosemary liqueur, white peach juice, dark Saint-James rum and a splash of Champagne.
