ExpoCulinaire 2021 Virtual is due to kick-off next week in strategic partnership with ICCA (International Centre for Culinary Arts) Dubai, featuring the 24th Emirates International Salon Culinaire. Registration is open and available around the world, for free.

ExpoCulinaire 2020 highlights

Known as the most established culinary competition in the Middle East, the four-day event runs April 4 to 8, hosted live at the Radisson Blue Dubai Deira Creek and Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. The broadcast is hosted via the ICCA Live platform, with coverage from the ICCA Dubai studio. It will feature highlights and interviews of hero chefs, past champions, Worldchefs leaders and more.

Day one will feature static displays and showpieces along with a practical class, day two includes the Awards Ceremony at the Zaabeel Ballroom, day three is a full day of practical cooking, followed by the fourth and final day which has practical cooking at the Grand Awards Ceremony. Throughout the event, there are 22 competition classes to see with 400 competing chefs and 33 international judges. Those registered to watch can join 16 certified professional develop education sessions.

ExpoCulinaire is the established home of Salon Culinaire. It is organized by PurpleKitchen, with ICCA as a strategic partner. The event is presented in association with the Emirates Culinary Guild and World Association of Chefs Societies, with venue partners Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek and Jumeirah Creekside Hotel.
