Air Serbia introduces Orasnica-inspired ice cream in Business Class

Air Serbia is introducing Orasnica-inspired ice cream in Business Class at request for passengers at any point in flight
Air Serbia has added an ice cream inspired by the Serbian walnut cookie Orasnica to its long-haul Business Class menu.
Developed with GRAM Belgrade, the dessert was first served on flight JU500 from Belgrade to New York on October 1 and is now part of the airline’s regular long-haul Business Class offering.
The ice cream reinterprets the walnut flavor of Orasnica, which the airline describes as one of its most popular onboard desserts.
Bojana Knežević, Head of Marketing and Guest Experience, Air Serbia, says the addition expands the cabin’s dining selection while showcasing a flavor associated with the carrier.
Business Class passengers can request the ice cream at any point during the flight, in keeping with Air Serbia’s flexible long-haul catering concept.
