On cloud nine at IFSA Global EXPO with DFMi

DFMi wrapped up the first day of IFSA Global EXPO with a taste of its Cloud Market concept, hosting a pop-up café and marketplace at booth 613 yesterday in Grapevine, Texas.
Held from 4 to 6 p.m., the happy hour brought invited guests together to browse DFMi’s offerings, sample refreshments and catch up with industry peers. The gathering gave attendees a chance to experience the company’s café and marketplace concept while winding down after a busy day on the show floor.
“It is very exciting to host a happy hour at our booth on the IFSA show floor for the first time,” Kim Brown, Vice President of Marketing at DFMi, told PAX International during the event. “The Cloud Market brings the work we do year-round into focus here at the show. Our team travels the world looking for new products, emerging trends and fresh ideas for the onboard experience. Here, we get to put those discoveries in front of the industry, hear what resonates and explore the possibilities together. That exchange is what the Cloud Market is all about.”
Returning to the DFMi booth this year, Chef Leyla Wheelhouse served menu offerings featuring products from participating supplier partners, giving guests a taste of the possibilities for onboard dining.
