AMI Group has secured new office space in Chicago’s West Loop, marking an expansion that will support the company’s culinary development and airline partnerships.

The company has signed a 10,641-square-foot lease in the vibrant neighborhood. Located in one of Chicago’s most active business and culinary districts, the West Loop space will house AMI Group’s new office and test kitchen for its Culinary Design Solution team.

“Opening our Chicago office and test kitchen is a really exciting step for AMI’s Culinary Design Solution,” says Chef Matthew Farrell, Vice President, Culinary Innovation and Development at AMI Group. “It provides a dedicated space to experiment, collaborate and push ideas further than ever before. Being in the West Loop, surrounded by one of the most dynamic food communities in the world, will inspire our chefs as we develop new concepts for our airline partners. It is a place where creativity can truly take shape, from the first spark of an idea to a fully realized dish ready for the cabin.”

The facility is expected to serve as a collaborative hub where AMI’s culinary team can develop and refine onboard dining concepts for airline partners.
