Step right up for fall festive fun at DFMi booth 853

The DFMi team at IFSA Global EXPO 2024
DFMi is bringing a distinct vibe to Global EXPO this year with its DFMi Fest themed booth, inspired by classic autumn festivals and Oktoberfest. Located at booth 853, the booth features carnival games and of course food. The booth has three sections: the Midway, Oktoberfest and the Harvest Fest. The Midway hosts games and entertainment; Oktoberfest features DFMi’s Europe and U.K. suppliers; and the Harvest Fest shines a light on suppliers from the U.S.
Today, PAX International Managing Editor Jane Hobson spoke with Kim Brown, Director of Marketing, and Heather Finidori, Key Accounts Manager, Airlines, about some of the nearly 50 products on display at the booth, now flying with major airlines.
“Who doesn’t love a good fall festival?” says Brown. “Our goal is to create a unique and interactive space that allows people to relax and have a little fun while learning about all our supplier offerings.”
88 Acres
The Dark Chocolate Sea Salt bar from 88 Acres is made in the brand's dedicated allergy-friendly bakery. The bars, an ideal Economy snack, is free of peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and sesame. With clean ingredients, this product has been flying since May 2024.
Fit Joy Foods
The Fit Joy pretzels in Tangy Dijon Mustard are certified vegan and gluten free, grain free, corn free, soy free, dairy free and non-GMO. The full-flavour snack is lightweight for the aircraft cabin and serves as an ideal Economy snack. It has been flying since June 2023.
Around Noon
Around Noon creates high-quality chilled, hot and frozen Food-To-Go products across a number of different categories. For airlines, DFMi is displaying the brand's sandwiches, such as focaccia and mini ciabattas. Also on display is Around Noon's bakery products, such as the coffee caramel brownie. Around Noon also offers wraps, paninis, salads, fruit & yoghurt pots and more.
B'Cuz Snacks
Another flight favourite at the DFMi booth is B'Cuz Snacks. The range is made of clean ingredients and is gluten free, dairy free and planted based. The brand is non-GMO certified and women-owned.
Lesser Evil
Also on display is Lesser Evil's Space Balls. The "Interstellar Cheddar" flavoured light and fluffy organic corn puffs with organic avocado oil are USDA organic and a perfect inflight snack for all ages.
