Bottega adds non-alcohol selection
Bottega 0 Rosé is combined with grapefruit juice for the Pink Spritz
New drinking trends has prompted Bottega winery in Bibano di Godega, Treviso, Italy, last year to start the production of two effervescent non-alcoholic drinks, with the flavors of sparkling wine.
During the summer of 2022, the Treviso-based company launched Pink Spritz, a non-alcoholic spritz whose main ingredient is Bottega 0 Rosè, the alcohol-free 'spumante' in a rosé version.
A standard Pink Spritz drink will be served in a wine glass one third with ice cubes, or a large long-stemmed glass. Add 100 milliliters Bottega 0 Rosé and then 100 milliliters pink grapefruit juice. Stir for approximately 30 seconds and garnish with a slice of dried pink grapefruit, blueberries and a mint leaf.
