With the 20th anniversary edition of FTE Global 2026 wrapping up in Dallas, APEX and FTE have announced event dates for 2027
As the 20th anniversary of FTE Global wrapped up in Dallas last week, the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and Future Travel Experience (FTE) provided a look ahead to the range of passenger experience and innovation events on the calendar in the coming months. This included the announcement of another move for FTE Global in 2027, this time to Las Vegas, where the event will again be co-located with IFSA Global EXPO.
APEX FTE EXPO 2026
In November, the industry will gather in Singapore for APEX FTE EXPO, bringing together APEX Global EXPO and FTE Asia Expo as the unified APEX FTE EXPO for the first time. For the first time in a decade, APEX is bringing APEX Global EXPO to Asia, combining its customer experience heritage with FTE's established regional innovation platform. The two industry brands will unite under one roof at the Marina Bay Sands from November 18 to 19 under the event theme of “Aviation’s New Golden Era: Higher Revenue, Greater Returns & AI ROI."
APEX TECH 2027
APEX TECH will return to Los Angeles in 2027 for a two-day conference event on February 2 to 3. APEX TECH's format fosters collaboration, inclusivity and deeper engagement across the airline and passenger experience tech ecosystem with its interactive workshops, speed networking sessions and insightful discussion panels.
FTE World Innovation Summit 2027
The FTE World Innovation Summit 2027 will relocate to Tokyo, Japan, from March 1 to 3. The 2027 edition brings the event to one of the world’s most advanced technology and innovation ecosystems. The 2027 Summit will be hosted at Haneda Innovation City (HICity) – Japan’s first smart airport city. Located adjacent to Haneda Airport, HICity is designed to enable collaboration between aviation stakeholders, technology companies, researchers and industry partners.
APEX Content Market 2027
APEX Content Market will make a move to Athens, Greece, for 2027. A global marketplace for inflight entertainment content, APEX Content Market will bring airline and content industry decision-makers together from April 28 to 29 at its new location.
APEX FTE EMEA 2027
APEX FTE EMEA 2027 will return to Dublin, Ireland, from June 15 to 17. As the definitive gathering of airline, airport and technology leaders driving digital transformation, CX and operational innovation at scale, the 2027 event will once again bring together the air transport industry’s most progressive airlines, airports and solution providers at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS). The event will take place alongside the co-located APEX FTE Ancillary & Retailing.
FTE Global 2027
FTE Global 2027 will once again be co-located with IFSA Global EXPO, making another move to Las Vegas, USA. As the “CES for aviation”, FTE Global is the aviation industry’s meeting place where airlines, airports, technologists, vendors, startups, government agencies and industry partners come together to reimagine the future of travel. The 2027 edition will take place at Mandalay Bay from September 7 to 9, with Harry Reid International Airport as Headline Partner.
