As the aviation aftermarket navigates rapid transformation, Aviation Week’s MRO Europe 2026 is set to bring together the industry's biggest innovators, decision-makers and thought leaders for three days of insight, collaboration and discovery, with PAX Tech proud to serve as a media partner for the event.
This year's event will spotlight the trends shaping the future of maintenance, repair and overhaul, with discussions focused on digital transformation, sustainability, workforce development and supply chain resilience. From predictive maintenance and AI-powered analytics to evolving regulations, attendees can expect a forward-looking agenda designed to help businesses remain competitive in a changing market.
"These themes reflect the industry's adaptability and innovation as it navigates a period of rapid transformation," Mark Thomas, Senior Director of Marketing at Aviation Week Network, tells PAX Tech.
As the largest event of its kind in Europe, MRO Europe continues to serve as a key meeting place for the global aviation community. More than 12,000 attendees are expected to gather, representing airlines, lessors, MRO providers, OEMs and suppliers from across the industry.
The event begins with a senior-level conference before opening onto an exhibition floor showcasing the latest products, services and technologies. Complementing the conference is the popular Go Live! Theatre, where attendees can access free educational sessions and practical industry insights.
Innovation will be on display across the show floor, particularly within the Showcase Pavilion, which highlights emerging companies and first-time exhibitors. This year's participants include Air Worthy, Anemo Engineering, ATA 25, Aviation Repair Technologies, FCD Express, Herber Aircraft Service, Invirtus Technologies, MT Aero, Prodigy and Rohmann.

Beyond the stage and show floor, MRO Europe facilitates connections. Through its Networking App, dedicated meeting zones and attendee-focused spaces such as the Frequent Flyer Lounge and VIP Lounge, participants can build valuable connections before and during the event.
"Networking is at the heart of MRO Europe, and we have designed the event to facilitate meaningful connections at every turn," says Thomas.
Whether attendees are seeking strategic insights, emerging technologies or new business opportunities, Aviation Week’s MRO Europe 2026 is set to deliver an engaging experience at the center of the global aviation aftermarket industry.
