The Aircraft Interiors Expo 2026 (AIX) is set to mark its 25th edition with a diverse international lineup of exhibitors and industry leaders, highlighting the scale and evolution of the aircraft interiors sector.

Taking place April 14 to 16 at the Hamburg Messe, the event will feature 479 exhibitors and approximately 12,000 attendees from across the global aviation industry.

Organizers say the exhibitor base reflects a broad cross-section of the market, from established manufacturers to emerging innovators. Europe is expected to account for 45 percent of attendees, with additional representation from the Americas (19 percent), Asia-Pacific (17 percent) and the Middle East and North Africa (14 percent), underscoring the show’s global reach.

More than 1,300 products will be showcased over three days, with seating, cabin fittings and electrical systems leading the exhibition categories. Inflight entertainment and digital systems will also be a major focus, with 77 exhibitors featured in a dedicated IFE zone.

This year will also introduce 75 new exhibitors and a new BizJet Zone, where 24 companies will present innovations in business aviation, reflecting growing demand for premium passenger experiences.

Major airline groups and manufacturers are expected to attend, including strong representation from Lufthansa Group carriers such as SWISS, Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines. U.S. airlines American, Delta and United will collectively send more than 100 attendees.

Smaller and regional carriers, including Bhutan’s Drukair and Air Greenland, will also be present, illustrating the industry-wide scope of innovation, from large global fleets to specialized operators.

Attendees gather at exhibitor booths during Aircraft Interiors Expo 2026 in Hamburg, where global aviation companies showcase the latest cabin innovations.

As part of its anniversary, AIX will recognize long-standing exhibitors, with more than a dozen companies having participated for over 20 years. Organizers say this continuity reflects the show’s role as a central meeting point for the aircraft interiors community.

The event will also feature the “Cabin Collective,” a group of industry experts offering insight into trends shaping the future of aircraft interiors, including sustainability, design and technology integration.

Event Director Archana Dharni said the 25th edition reflects an industry that continues to evolve.

“This year's show reflects where aviation interiors stand today, an ecosystem in motion, constantly renewing itself,” Dharni said.

The expo follows the Passenger Experience Conference on April 13, which will focus on cabin innovation and passenger-centric design trends.
