PAX International is pleased to announce that Managing Editor Jane Hobson will moderate a panel at the upcoming Airline Catering Association (ACA) Leadership Symposium, taking place February 18 to 20, 2026 in Toulouse, France.
Entitled “The Airlines’ Perspective – What’s Ahead for 2026 and Beyond?”, the session will bring together senior airline executives to explore the evolving landscape of inflight services. Discussions will focus on changing passenger expectations, sustainability requirements and the increasing role of innovation in inflight catering. Panelists will provide insights into how airlines are reshaping onboard dining to deliver more personalized, efficient and environmentally responsible solutions.
