Airline Catering Association seeks supplier submissions for 2026 Pitch Galley event
The Airline Catering Association will host the Pitch Galley during ALS 2026 in Toulouse, France
The Airline Catering Association (ACA) is seeking submissions for the ACA Pitch Galley, taking place on February 19, 2026 in Toulouse, France, during the second-annual ACA Leadership Symposium (ALS). The ACA Pitch Galley is a unique fast-paced, Dragons’ Den–style event where innovative, selected suppliers deliver seven-minute presentations directly to global inflight catering decision-makers.
Six places are still available and open to a variety of suppliers in the food, technology and packaging spaces.
Conditions for submission
Only companies that have registered for the ACA Leadership Summit may apply to the Pitch Galley. The deadline is September 30 to complete and send the form, which can be obtained by e-mailing a request to Mercedes Dieguez. Allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for six ACA associate members and six non-associate members to participate.

How to apply
Application is available to all registered ALS participants (buyers and suppliers) for the fee of €1,200 (US$1,410). The fee for ACA members is €700 (US$822).
The deadline is September 30 to complete and send the form, which can be obtained by e-mailing a request to Mercedes Dieguez.
“Demand may exceed slots—only the first five non-member applications will be accepted. If interest is high, we will organize a virtual Pitch Galley in 2026 for additional participants,” Dieguez tells PAX International.
