Ai Events to host food & beverage webinar

The webinar will examine whether airline passengers are willing to pay more for flights based on food & beverage offerings
Airline Information (Ai) recently conducted a survey of airline passengers from around the world on Premium Class cabin food preferences to find out if they are willing to pay higher fares based on food and beverage.
An upcoming webinar hosted by Ai Events will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear more about the results of the quantitative analysis. The session, entitled “Food & Drink: what travelers want from lounges to the sky, a statistical analysis," will be moderated Chris Staab, Managing Director, Ai Events. Panelists include PAX International Asia Correspondent and airline catering expert Jeremy Clark, CEO of APOT – Asia Pacific Onboard Travel. Clark will be joined by airline economist, Oliver Ranson, publisher of the Airline Revenue Economics substack, and statistician Afzal Ellahebokus.
