PAX Tech joins APEX TECH 2025 as Official Media Partner

PAX Tech is the official media partner of APEX TECH 2025
PAX Tech magazine is proud to be the official media partner of APEX TECH 2025. The event, taking place at the Sheraton Gateway in Los Angeles from May 20 to 21, will welcome airlines and suppliers from around the world for two days of interactive workshops, discussion panels and networking.
This year, organizers have evolved the APEX TECH format to be a more inclusive event that not only examines fundamental technologies that drive the industry forward but also looks at the airline and passenger use cases that such technology enables, as well as possible commercial implications. The key subjects of focus this year will include inflight connectivity, media content and supply chain, data capture and intelligence and ancillary and passenger experience use cases.
In addition to hosting discussion panels in the previously established format, APEX TECH attendees can look forward to participating in workshops, case studies and break-out sessions as well as a variety of networking opportunities during the event.
The new workshop format for 2025 is designed to boost attendee engagement. The ballroom will host separate spaces for panels and interactive roundtable workshops. During the workshop session, attendees will collaborate with their assigned “boarding group” to tackle challenges and share insights. The workshop results will be shared with the larger group following each session.
The agenda for discussion panels includes:
- IFC Revolution: Key Considerations in Selecting a Next-Gen IFC Solution in the Current Market Landscape
- Personalizing the Inflight Experience: Future-Proofing Touchpoints with Data-Driven Loyalty and Seamless Journey Integration
- Future Onboard Content: Passenger Engagement through Diversity & Discovery
- IFE Strategy: Evolving Innovations for Licensing, Delivery, and Curation for Onboard Content
