Wellbeing Walk-Through returns to WTCE 2025

World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) has announced the return of its Wellbeing Walk-Through feature for this year’s show, offering an immersive experience focused on enhancing passenger health, wellbeing and comfort onboard.
Curated and championed by WTCE Ambassadors Julianne Ponan MBE, CEO of Creative Nature, Melissa Adamski, travel dietitian and nutritionist and Kelly Stevenson, former global wine and beverage manager at British Airways and current CEO of JetVine, the feature will showcase 17 companies presenting food, drink and amenity products that promote a healthier and more comfortable travel experience.
The Wellbeing Walk-Through will guide attendees through a curation of exhibitor booths and products designed to help create an elevated journey for both passengers and airline, rail and cruise service providers.
Meet the exhibitors

On the expo floor at WTCE 2024
Visitors will have the opportunity to scout the show floor for a diverse range of food and drink companies who are disrupting markets with their latest offerings to improve the way passengers feel while travelling.
At stand 1E110, Poshi will showcase its freshly marinated vegetable snacks and meals, including its Oloves olive snacks, Air Cheese 100 percent Crispy Cheese, Dipin Dips and Spreads.
At stand 1A105 the Italian-based company Crich will showcase its full range of gluten-free, organic, free from and vegan products including biscuits, crackers and wafers.
Koppert Cress, at stand 1B90, provides natural and innovative ingredients that chefs can use to intensify the flavour, aroma or presentation of their dishes. Whittard of Chelsea at stand 1A115 is renowned for quality, luxurious packaging and delicious taste of the finest tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
A family affair
This year’s Wellbeing Walk-Through will showcase some family-owned and run businesses that are making waves in the onboard sector with food solutions and products to enhance the passenger experience.
Manna from Heaven can be found at stand 1G69 and specializes in producing unique handmade frozen food solutions for the travel sector. Creating sweet and savoury restaurant quality products that are all made from scratch ingredients, without the use of artificial additives, its dedication to crafting clean, flavourful options for travellers makes them a standout, WTCE said in its press release. Nairn's Oatcakes at stand 1A112 produces sweet and savoury biscuits in the U.K., which are available in foodservice formats suitable for onboard services.
Foodfolk Australia, a dynamic catering company focused on personalized service and tailored catering solutions, will be at stand 1E80. At Foodfolk, they believe in fresh, natural produce that’s packed with emotion, culture, discovery and desire.
For something sweet (or salty), stop by Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn on stand 1C102, a brand with handmade, air-popped, gourmet popcorn. Offering more than 50 flavours in packaging developed exclusively for airlines, these treats are savoury, sweet, vegan friendly and gluten-free.
Meal services and solutions
These specially selected brands include a pool of exciting onboard meal services and solutions, including En Route International and Yummy Karma. A global specialist in passenger solutions, supply chain services and sourcing for airlines and airline caterers, En Route will be showcasing its comprehensive range of products at this year’s WTCE on stand 1F30. What sets En Route apart is its ability to create concepts that not only deliver on flavour but also cater to evolving dietary needs as well as longer life packaged products. Meanwhile, Yummy Karma specializes in chilled and frozen prepared meal solutions without any additives or preservatives and will be on stand 1C109 with its range of fresh meals to go, pots to g, and veggie bites.
Independent food solutions company, Foodcase International (Foodcase), will also be part of the Wellbeing Walk-Through this year on stand 4D10 and is fully dedicated to the airline industry with a broad portfolio of food categories, from special meals to sustainable packaging. Foodcase emphasizes a commitment to creativity in every dish, coupled with a strong focus on inclusivity.
Also part of the feature is Kaelis, providing onboard services consulting to improve travel experience while striving to make travel more sustainable. Kaelis will be on stand 1E10, showcasing the latest trends in products and services for the onboard industry.
Amenities and textiles
Amenities supplier Buzz will be on stand 4C30 this year. Procurall Solutions is on stand 4D50, focused on redefining inflight luxury through a sustainable lens. Procurall will showcase eco-conscious amenity kits and luxury dining essentials to renewable soft goods and tech accessories.
John Horsfall will also be present on stand 1E61. The company will be showcasing its onboard textiles and exploring the role of design in sustainability and brand perception. John Horsfall will feature its Cool-Feel Pillow, harnessing innovative heat-wicking fine-knit fabric to help passengers regulate their body heat during their flight.
Green is the future
“As sustainability continues to be a key focus within the industry, it will be increasingly important for airlines to consider this factor when selecting suppliers,” WTCE said in its February 13 press release.
As such, several suppliers focused on sustainability and green solutions will be featured on the Wellbeing Walk-Through.
Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio is a leader in the production of monodose olive oil, condiments and Italian wine, it is also a pioneer in the field of sustainability. In 2009, it became the first company in the world to obtain the certification of “Zero CO2 Emissions” and continues to minimize its environmental impact. This year, the company will exhibit at stand 4C40.
Irish B Corp, DELI LITES, will also be on the trail on stand 1D91, showcasing its range of hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, salads and artisanal baked goods.

WTCE is co-located with the Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX). Both shows will be taking place at the Hamburg Messe from April 8 to 10 and will come together to provide passenger experience professionals with the opportunity to network and explore new products, services and solutions.
