FORMIA and Foodcase: Dining, drinks and dazzling views in Singapore

FORMIA and Foodcase International hosted invited guests for dinner and rooftop views of Marina Bay in Singapore last night as the first day of FTE APEX Asia Expo came to an end.
Guests gathered on the Monti rootftop at Fulllerton Pavilion for a glass of VOGA Prosecco to start the night, with stunning 360 degree views of the city, including the iconic Marina Bay Sands, the Louis Vuitton Island Store, the ArtScience Museum, the Helix Bridge, the Singapore Flyer observation wheel, the Esplanade Concert Hall, the Merlion and more.
Inside the restaurant, views were still aplenty during the four-course Italian dinner. Dishes included beef tartare, eggplant parmigiana, acquerello risotto and wood fired sanchoku wagyu paired with red and white wine.
