FTE celebrates winners of FTE APAC Pioneer Awards 2024
FTE is celebrating several Asia-Pacific airlines and airports this week that received FTE APAC Pioneer Awards in Singapore. The ceremony took place on November 19 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre during FTE APEX Asia Expo.
There were 20 nominees, recognized for innovation and enhancing the passenger experience. Of the 20 nominees, 10 were presented with an “Outstanding Achievement” award.
The airlines recognized for achievements are:

AirAsia: The carrier is recognized for fast-tracking its digital transformation

Cathay Pacific: The airline is recognized for its renewed focus on the passenger experience

All Nippon Airways: ANA is recognized for its digital transformation, including the introduction of ANA NEO and its virtual travel platform, ANA Granwhale

Singapore Airlines: The carrier is recognized for its collaborative approach to implementing technological advancements and customer-centric design

IndiGo: The airline is recognized for its digital transformation and implementation of cloud-based technologies.
The airports that received FTE APAC Airport Pioneer Awards include:

Incheon International Airport Corporation: ICN receives recognition for its approach to baggage transformation.

GMR Group: GMR is recognized for development and adoption of technological innovations in the APAC region

Changi Airport Group: The group receives recognition for its efforts in robotics and automation.

Narita International Airport Corporation: The corporation receives recognition for its “AIR Narita” system innovation project.

Airport Authority Hong Kong: HKT is recognized for progress on its “Smart Airport” journey at Hong Kong International Airport.
