OPTIMUM Solutions hosts guests for four course dinner

This week, OPTIMUM Solutions Inc. hosted a four-course dinner for delegates attending IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach. The event took place at the Queensview Steakhouse and consisted of an heirloom tomato salad with burrata, oregano, red wine vinaigrette and a balsamic reduction. This was followed by a selection of entrees – from Lobster Papardelle to Chilean Seabass and Filet Mignon.
The dessert course offered the choice between a crème brûlée, topped with fresh berries, and a Petite Warm Butter Cake.
Christine Côté, Owner and CEO of OPTIMUM Solutions, welcomed guests warmly with an address that highlighted several members of the company who were present at the event.
“We are like a family,” she tells PAX International of the company dynamic.
