Calvetti meats caters Farm Foundation grand opening event
Calvetti Culinary Creations, the Chicago-based supplier, provided the food for the Grand Opening of the Farm Foundation’s new Innovation and Education campus. The campus is located in Libertyville, Illinois.
The Farm Foundation has a long legacy; the 1963 farmhouse and 1870 barn on the property are original to the site. Today, the farm sits as part of a 6,000-acre Liberty Prairie Conservation Preserve.
The Grand Opening took place on Friday, October 4, with Calvetti Meats serving up Birria Tacos and Pork Belly Bao onsite.
“We are working hard to be make sure we are ‘current and ahead of the curve’ in all things networking , food, culinary and sustainability,” Jamie Calvetti, President, Calvetti Culinary Creations, tells PAX International.
