LSG Group and Kaelis host WTCE VIP night in Hamburg

Last week the industry gathered in Hamburg, Germany, for the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) at the Hamburg Messe. After an exciting day of meetings, press briefings and announcements, PAX International joined LSG Group and Kaelis at Am Kai Restaurant located on the Elbe with a riverside terrace for an evening of festivities.

Indulging in exceptional seafood and French-Italian cuisine, attendees were welcomed to the VIP night with a cocktail before dining among friends. When the dinner portion of the evening came to a close, Janno Gröne, Managing Director, AURELIUS Group, took the stage to thank Erdmann Rauer, CEO, LSG Group, for his years of commitment and dedication to the company.

“We all are very impressed with your tendency to found really deep partnerships across the world, on a really international stage,” said Gröne. “Tonight we see that these partners are not only your business partners, you turned them into friends. You turned them into the LSG family.”
Rauer is stepping back from his role as Group CEO and has agreed to remain with the business as Senior Strategic Advisor.
Rauer thanked Gröne for his kind words and said, “It’s not about myself, I really had the pleasure to work with a great great team together over many years.”
