APOT's 2023 riverboat wrap up in Da Nang City

Delegates took the waters last night for APOT's 2023 finale. Attendees ate, drank and danced aboard the Poseidon cruise boat as it meandered along Da Nang City's picturesque Han River.
APOT CEO Jeremy Clark and Founder HappyK shared their warm thank you's to delegates for attending this year's event.
"APOT is not about big numbers. We are a family—when we get together, when you come here, it is because we are family," HappyK said.
Clark told delegates next year's event may be held in China or Japan.

Guests were treated to a four-course meal of Vietnamese dishes, entertainment with a live band, dance, song and a fashion show. The evening also celebrated winners of CATRION's International Chefs Competition.

- Best winner overall: Chef Doi Thi Ngoc Diep
- Most outstanding entree: Chef Vo Quoc Viet
- Most outstanding appetizer: Chef Kelvin Vu
- Most outstanding dessert: Chef Hoang Van Thuong
- Most outstanding passenger preference meal: Chef Chaminda Galahitiyawa
- Best in kitchen: Chef Vo Quoc Viet
