AIX Preview: Round Five

After a long-anticipated wait and with only a few weeks to go, Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) will return to Hamburg, Germany from June 14 to 16. Here is the fifth round of a preview of some of the products and companies who will be attending and exhibiting at the show.

Aviointeriors

Aviointeriors – At AIX, Aviointeriors will show its Business Class flat-bed seats the Allegra and Adagio. Booth: 5A30

ST Engineering

ST EngineeringST Engineering is featuring its expandable lavatory called ACCESS at AIX. It offers 40 percent more internal space than typical narrow-body aircraft, allowing passengers with reduced mobility to use with greater comfort and dignity. Booth: 5A40

Gentex

GentexGentex will demonstrate dimmable aircraft windows at AIX, but also emerging technologies like camera-control task lighting, passenger and crew biometric authentication, and cabin sensing systems for identifying explosives, incendiary components and airborne contaminants. Booth: 6B70

Media Carrier

Media CarrierMedia Carrier provides digital reading material for the airline industry, sources and curates customized portfolios for more than 20 international airlines such as Lufthansa Group, American Airline and Eva Air, and entertains passengers with digital content. Booth: 4C42

ATR

ATRATR is introducing X-Space at AIX, a new concept for premium, flexible seating. X-Space is a plug-and-play side table which gives airlines the flexibility to change cabin configurations to cater to premium or economic services. Booth: 6C61


Cobham

Cobham – Discover Cobham Aerospace Communication's NextGen/IRIS-capable AVIATOR S SATCOM system at AIX 2022, which has been selected by Airbus for its commercial A/C range A320, A330 , A350 families, and by Boeing for its 737Max and 777X. Booth: 6C50
