The International Flight Services Association (IFSA) has unveiled a redesigned website today aimed at enhancing engagement across the global inflight services community and providing easier access to industry resources, events and networking opportunities.
The new website serves as a central hub for airlines, caterers, suppliers, rail operators and other industry stakeholders seeking to stay informed on developments shaping onboard services and the passenger experience.
“We are excited to unveil the new IFSA website, redesigned to better connect our global community with the events, resources, news and opportunities that drive the inflight services industry forward,” IFSA said in announcing the launch.
According to the association, the revamped platform has been designed to improve navigation and provide streamlined access to key information, including membership resources, industry news, advocacy initiatives and educational opportunities.
A major feature of the website is expanded support for IFSA Global EXPO 2026. Visitors can access information related to registration, event schedules, hotel accommodations, exhibiting opportunities, sponsorship packages and industry awards through a dedicated section of the site.
The website also highlights IFSA membership benefits, offering prospective and current members information on networking opportunities, industry resources and the association’s efforts to support organizations throughout the inflight services sector.
In addition, users can learn more about the IFSA Foundation and its scholarship program, which helps support and develop future talent entering the industry.
The redesigned platform includes a dedicated industry news and insights section featuring original content, member stories, advocacy updates and broader industry developments. Visitors can also explore information on IFSA committees, industry initiatives and opportunities to contribute to the association’s work.
“Whether you are an airline, caterer, supplier, rail operator or industry partner, the new ifsa.aero makes it easier than ever to engage with the association and stay connected to the latest developments shaping onboard services and the passenger experience,” IFSA said.
The association described the launch as part of its ongoing efforts to better serve members and strengthen connections across the industry.
“This new website represents an important step forward in how IFSA serves and connects the global inflight services community. We invite you to take a look around, explore what is new and discover all the ways IFSA can support your organization and professional goals.”
