LOT Polish Airlines continues Michelin-starred flavors Business Class program

LOT Polish Airlines is continuing its “Michelin-Starred Flavors in LOT Business Class” program with a new menu created by chef Artur Skotarczyk of the Michelin-starred Muga restaurant.
The updated culinary offering is available to Business Class passengers on selected long-haul flights departing Warsaw Chopin Airport from February 1 to July 31. The airline says the initiative builds on the success of the program’s first edition and supports its strategy to elevate onboard dining with Polish culinary heritage.
“When creating the menu, my goal was to bring the tastes and experiences I have developed for years on board the aircraft,” said Skotarczyk. “Each dish combines precision, the highest-quality ingredients and my own creative interpretation so that the journey itself becomes a culinary pleasure.”
Passengers can choose from four pre-order main courses, including Label Rouge salmon with saffron beurre blanc, braised beef with gratin Dauphinois and chorizo lentils, guinea fowl “coq au vin” with truffled celeriac purée and Hokkaido pumpkin gnocchi with chestnuts and stracciatella.
LOT says the program aligns with its goal of combining premium inflight service with Polish culture and tradition. The airline developed the project in partnership with the Polish Tourism Organisation, a Michelin Guide partner, to promote Poland’s culinary identity through the national carrier.
“The second edition of the project continues our efforts to enhance comfort and respond to passenger expectations,” said Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of Product Development and Customer Experience at LOT Polish Airlines. “By cooperating with talented chefs, we offer exceptional inflight service and memorable experiences from the moment passengers board.”
Business Class passengers must pre-order main courses at least 24 hours before departure via booking channels or customer service. LOT operates long-haul flights from Warsaw to destinations in North America and Asia using 787 aircraft.
