LOT Polish Airlines has introduced a service all LOT Business Class passengers on long-haul flights departing from Warsaw. Travelers can now indulge in a main course designed by Bartosz Szymczak, Head Chef at Rozbrat 20, a Michelin-starred restaurant and one of Krug Ambassades. “Michelin-starred flavours in LOT Business Class” marks a new item in the premium segment of the airline’s inflight offering.

The selection from the Business Class Fine Dining Menu, in cooperation with Michelin-starred restaurants, is curated to enhance the quality of travel while also promoting Poland as a destination for exceptional culinary experiences. As Poland's ambassador to the world, the national carrier creates a space where flavors become an element and showcase of Polish hospitality.

“The development of LOT Polish Airlines' inflight offering is a strategic direction for us, in which we consistently focus on unique travel experiences. Not only does Michelin-starred flavours in LOT Business Class enhance the quality and prestige of our offer, but they highlight Polish hospitality and culinary culture worldwide. We truly believe that every stage of a journey should be inspiring – not only the destination, but also the journey itself and its unique qualities, which can be experienced by passengers on board our aircraft. That is why we offer solutions that combine comfort with unforgettable culinary experiences,” said Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of Product Development and Customer Experience at LOT Polish Airlines.

Main course orders must be placed at least 24 hours before departure – at the time of booking your ticket or later, via the “Manage your booking” tab, at the LOT Contact Centre, with sales agents or at the airport.

The new LOT Polish Airlines offering includes meticulously prepared main courses. Passengers can choose from four dishes:

  • Salmon with a croquette stuffed with shrimp, courgette and roast pepper sauce – sous-vide salmon, shrimp croquette, courgette purée with basil and velvety roasted bell pepper gravy.

  • Beef bourguignon with young potatoes and carrots – slow-cooked beef in Burgundy with baby potatoes and glazed carrots.

  • Veal roulades with apple, marinated vegetables, morel sauce – veal with candied apple in morel mushroom gravy with pickled vegetables.

  • Spinach lasagna with ricotta – lasagne with ricotta and spinach under a light béchamel sauce on a creamy tomato sauce.

“Receiving a Michelin star and the trust placed in us by Krug, one of the world's finest champagne houses, which made Rozbrat 20 the Krug Ambassade, is a great honor for me and, at the same time, a commitment to becoming even better every day. It also represents a great opportunity to prove to international guests that Polish cuisine has made its way into the world of top restaurants. Today, my great dream of showcasing Polish cuisine to a wide international audience has come true. We have every reason to be proud, and thanks to our cooperation with LOT Polish Airlines and the Polish Tourism Organisation, interest in our cuisine, as well as our culture and traditions, is sure to grow. At 10,000 metres above the ground, we will show and let the passengers experience how delicious, modern and unique Polish cuisine is. This innovative solution is an opportunity for all of us,” said Bartosz Szymczak, co-owner and Head Chef at Rozbrat 20.

The service is provided in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organization – a partner of the Michelin Guide. This partnership will enable the offer to be expanded in the future to include more Michelin-starred restaurants, promoting the diversity of the Polish culinary landscape.

“Culinary tourism is a trend followed by tourists from all over the world. Poland can boast an exceptionally rich cuisine, relying on unique local products. We want LOT Polish Airlines passengers to experience Poland as an ideal culinary destination, where they will discover flavours they will want to return to again and again. Together with LOT Polish Airlines, we are building Poland's image as a modern and exciting country,” said Agnieszka Walawender, Marketing and Communication Director, Polish Tourism Organisation.

The menu created by Bartosz Szymczak, Head Chef at Rozbrat 20, is available until January 31, 2026.
