Alaska Airlines introduces fresh summer menu

Preorders are now available for Alaska's summer First Class and Main Cabin dishes made with locally sourced and fresh ingredients
Alaska Airlines is introducing a fresh, locally sourced seasonal menu this summer, bringing West Coast flavors to passengers with complimentary First Class offerings and updated for-purchase Main Cabin options.
In First Class, travelers can now preorder a Sweet Potato Hash Benedict topped with Sriracha Hollandaise Sauce or try Green Tea Pancakes served with a side of chicken apple sausage. For lunch and dinner, the airline is offering options like Lemon Pesto Gnocchi and a Strawberry Burrata Salad.
Alaska’s pre-order program makes it easy for passengers to reserve chef-curated meals up to two weeks before departure. Travelers can select from up to five fresh dishes, including at least one meal that is vegan and made without gluten ingredients, like the Coconut Chia Overnight Oats.
The for-purchase Main Cabin menu is ready for summer; passengers can now pre-order a Sweet Chili Chicken Wrap available on select flights longer than 1,100 miles starting July 16. It joins the airline’s gluten friendly and vegan Best Laid Plants grain bowl, which debuted in May, in partnership with Evergreens™.
Alaska Airlines has also added its Signature Fruit & Cheese Platter to more flights, now available on most routes 670 miles and longer. Passengers can download the Alaska Airlines mobile app to pre-order their meal.
