Dedicated passenger pickup service for Qatar First Class Passengers at DOH
Before arriving at the lounge, there is a dedicated passenger pickup service from the terminal to the Al Safwa Lounge. First Class passengers travelling with Qatar Airways are escorted directly to the lounge in a private car, ensuring a seamless and exclusive transition from the terminal to the luxurious lounge. This service adds to the premium experience, offering convenience and comfort for passengers arriving at the airport that SKYTRAX named World's Best Airport in 2024.
Upon arrival at the airline's flagship lounge, heated refreshing hand towels are offered at reception as travels are welcome into the 1,200-square-meter lounge. It offers an ultra-luxurious experience for its First Class passengers, with top-tier amenities, fine dining catered by Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) and a range of exclusive services. Located on the second level of Concourse A, Al Safwa Lounge offers stunning views of the airport.
