Omnevo launches end-to-end digital retailing platform for Air Dolomiti

Omnevo has announced the successful implementation of its end-to-end digital retailing platform for Air Dolomiti, part of the Lufthansa Group. The launch this month marks a key milestone in enhancing onboard retailing, passenger experience and operational efficiency, the January 21 press release said.
The implementation seamlessly integrates with Air Dolomiti’s flight and crew rostering, payment and settlement systems and includes Omnevo’s logistics module for efficient cart set preparation, crew training and the rollout of Omnevo’s ePOS application across the entire fleet. Passengers can benefit from an enhanced onboard retail experience, including food and beverage services, powered by the intuitive crew ePOS.
