Turkish Airlines reports robust July 2023 performance
The airline’s performance from January to July 2023 reports total passengers increased by 22 percent, reaching 47.3 million
Turkish Airlines achieved a strong performance in July 2023, transporting 8.6 million passengers, marking a nine percent rise from the same period last year.
The airline’s passenger capacity increased by 6.7 percent compared to 2022, resulting in an impressive total load factor of 85.8 percent. Notably, the international load factor reached 84.8 percent, while the domestic load factor was 94.2 percent.
The airline’s performance from January to July 2023 also showcased remarkable growth, revealing that total passengers increased by 22 percent, reaching 47.3 million.
As well, international-to-international passengers soared by 36 percent to 16.7 million. The total load factor surged by 4.7 points to 82.3 percent, with international and domestic factors at 82.2 percent and 83.2 percent, respectively. Available seat kilometers (ASK) rose by 19.4 percent to 132.7 billion.
At the end of July, Turkish Airlines maintained a fleet of 424 aircraft.
