easyJet expands Twilight Bag Drop service to Glasgow
easyjet is offering several free services to increase travelling ease during the busy holiday season
easyJet’s Twilight Bag Drop service is expanding to Glasgow. The service, which allows passengers booked on early morning departures to drop checked baggage off at the airport the evening before their flight, is also available at London Gatwick, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, Berlin and Amsterdam.
During the busy summer holiday season, the airline is offering several free services to increase travelling ease. According to an August 1 release, three of these services include “a dedicated Family Hotline for families travelling with young children…extended customer service hours, with live help available from 6 am to 11 pm every day” and a “new WhatsApp channel introduced for even more ways for customers to get in touch quickly when they need to.”
