Virgin Atlantic launches new kid's onboard pack and meal option
The airline has also introduced a brand-new children’s meal option for its Spring/Summer menu across the network
Virgin Atlantic has announced the launch of a new onboard pack and meal option designed for children.
“We’re incredibly pleased to announce our new kids’ pack and enhanced meal offering for children travelling with Virgin Atlantic," said Paul Mills, Head of Inflight Services at Virgin Atlantic in a May 3 press release. "Our commitment to developing our onboard offering shines through in our brand-new kids’ pack and meal. We wanted to offer something we know that the little ones will love, as they take to the skies on an exciting adventure.”
Made with the creative brand, RowType, the new kids’ pack includes a red branded reusable bag for future travels, children’s UV400 sunglasses, a colourful sensory poppit toy, a holiday journal to capture amazing memories, an additional activity book for entertainment on the flight, and a selection of coloured pencils for all the colouring in.
The new children’s pack will be available on all Virgin Atlantic flights and handed out to younger flyers at the gate at all UK airports.
In addition to the new onboard pack, Virgin Atlantic has also introduced a brand-new children’s meal option for its Spring/Summer menu across the network. The children’s meal includes a refreshing Pip organic smoothie, a giant cookie, yummy cheese dippers, and a healthy fruit bowl. The entrée features tasty chicken goujons, sweetcorn, and potato wedges, while children travelling in Upper Class will enjoy an additional entrée of creamy mac and cheese.
