SSP debuts dining concept Soul + Grain
SSP also works with Extract Coffee Roasters at Victoria Station
SSP has added a new fresh-to-go concept to its portfolio with the opening of Soul + Grain at London’s Victoria Station.
Soul + Grain offers a balanced range of products: classics as well as a variety of vegan, vegetarian and nutritionally balanced options. The range of healthy-option products are displayed with nutritional information, highlighting low fat, high protein, a source of fiber and other information.
SSP has also partnered with UK-based Extract Coffee Roasters, for ethically sourced artisan coffee. Extract Coffee Roasters was recently named Best All-Round Speciality Coffee Roaster at the UK Coffee Awards 2022 announced at the London Coffee Festival.
“We are incredibly proud to be launching Soul + Grain to the UK travel market. In response to the demand for balanced menu choices, the brand is focused on giving our customers a premium, nutritionally balanced menu alongside fantastic artisan coffee,” said Richard Lewis, CEO of SSP UK & Ireland, in today's announcement. “Delicious pastries, bright, tasty salads, and freshly made sandwiches and toasties served in a relaxed, welcoming style, provide customers with a diverse offer to meet all their needs – from morning through to evening.”
The Victoria store is planned to be the first of several, and preparations are underway to open more Soul + Grain outlets at other UK stations and airports.
