Urban Juicer opens first airport location at BNA

By Rick Lundstrom

One of Nashville's top-rated juice bars, The Urban Juicer, is now open at Concourse C at Nashville International Airport (BNA).

“A locally owned business, Urban Juicer brings a refreshing taste of Nashville to the airport and reflects the direction of our concessions program,” said Doug Kreulen, president and CEO of Nashville International Airport in today’s announcment. “BNA appreciates the commitment from Sandra Long, Milan Patel and Music City Hospitality, and we look forward to working together to provide travelers a flavorful experience.”

"We are pleased to welcome another popular local dining spot to BNA. The Urban Juicer takes 'fresh' to the next level, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible," adds Matt Jennings, vice president of Fraport Tennessee. "Customers can pick up a tasty smoothie or a vegan bite and be on their way."

Urban's 16-ounce smoothie line-up ranges from Liquid Lunch with banana, peanut butter, and almond milk to Paradise Found, a tropical infusion of mango, pineapple, and coconut milk. The Dreamsicle Powerline smoothie packs more than 20 grams of protein.

"We are thrilled to announce Urban Juicer's first airport juice bar and eatery at Nashville International Airport," says Roger Patel, vice president of operations at OHM Concessions Group. "We're serving flavorful foods, cold-pressed juices and smoothies made-to-order for BNA travelers to enjoy on their journey. We want them to leave feeling good."
