​Comfort food concept coming to SFO

This spring SFO Travelers, airline crews and staff will be treated to a truly unique dining experience at Terminal 3: the debut location of Elevate Gourmet Brands’ newest concession QSR: San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen.

This will be the first gourmet fast-casual mac and cheese concept in a major West Coast airport and will offer a menu for all day parts, catering to passengers in a hurry, families and those who want to sit and enjoy the view through the leases’ wall-to-wall windows. Additionally, this location offers a bar showcasing local Bay Area beer and wine.

Menu highlights include The Signature Crab Mac with artisan noodles, white cheese blend topped with local Dungeness crab and micro greens, and The Gilroy Garlic Mac topped with pecorino romano cheese and Gilroy’s famous roasted garlic. Macaroni and cheese dishes can be customized with a selection of toppings, and sides like Signature Cord Bread, and Spicy Broiled Vegetables will be available, as will healthy, gluten-free and non-GMO options, and rustic salads.

San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen also have a Li’l Mac Kids’ Menu to include Mac + Cheese Tots and Eat Your Veggies Mac.

Elevate Gourmet Brands’ concepts known for their pastry displays. This location will be no different, featuring a full selection of sweet and savory pastries. A unique breakfast menu will offer customizable scrambles and a selection of breakfast brioches.
