Global Inflight Products has introduced rPET cups, a plastic cup for inflight use, made from recycled plastic bottles.
The rPET cups reduce the demand for new plastic through recycling, helping to divert single-use plastics from landfills and oceans. These cups can also be recycled multiple times, increasing their positive environmental impact.
"Recycled plastic requires less energy to produce compared to cups made from new plastic," the company said via LinkedIn.
