gategroup has announced the release of a plastic-free paper cup made with a revolutionary 100% biodegradable liner. Developed by gategroup's deSter brand for Transavia, the cup is recyclable and compostable since it does not have the plastic liner that other cups require.
The development of the cup comes as part of gategroup's steps to reduce the use of plastics on board. The cup has a plastic-free certification mark.
