AMI Group appoints Megan Ireland as COO

AMI Group has informed PAX International that effective January 1, 2026, Megan Ireland will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer.

"Her leadership has strengthened our organization in meaningful ways and this promotion reflects both her outstanding contributions and the opportunities ahead for AMI."
In her new role, Ireland will oversee the company's Food and Wine Operations team, Co-Packing/Manufacturing team, and Distribution Management team. She will continue to enhance cross-departmental alignment and build the processes and structures that support AMI’s long-term vision and growth.
