RMT Global Partners announces key appointments

RMT Global Partners is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of two industry experts who will help guide the company’s next phase of growth.
Felicia Tracy joins RMT as General Manager. With more than 30 years of experience in the airline sector, including leadership roles at United Airlines and Continental Airlines, Tracy brings deep expertise in procurement, governance and logistics. She has developed multimillion-dollar sourcing strategies and led global teams through large-scale transformations with a values-driven approach. At RMT, Tracy will focus on building resilient systems and enhancing supplier relationships to further support the company’s airline partners.
Also joining the company is Erick Ray, who steps into the role of Global Director of Sales and Business Development. Ray has worked in the airline industry for 13 years, specializing in product design and the development of complex supply programs. Known for his collaborative energy and customer-focused approach, he will play a central role in advancing RMT’s business development strategy and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
