AMI Group has announced two changes to support its growth strategy this year and beyond within its European sales and sourcing teams.

With a continued focus on sales and customer growth in Europe, the solutions provider has asked Dawn O’Neill to take a new role within the AMI Group organization as Director, Sourcing and Culinary Development.

O’Neill has been with AMI since 2017 holding the position of Senior Manager, Key Accounts. O’Neill brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the travel industry while growing a keen understanding of the needs and preferences of AMI Group’s airline customers. O’Neill will report to Chef Matt Farrell, Vice President, Culinary Innovation and Development, as they work to establish a global food sourcing organization to support the entire AMI team.

With O’Neill transitioning to a new role within AMI, has named James Duff as successor. Duff will be joining the AMI team on March 17, as Director, Key Accounts. He joins AMI from his extensive experience working in sales for the travel industry, with 10 years at Lily O’Brien’s, where he has built strong connections with customers worldwide.

“Dawn and James look forward to partnering with our industry leading portfolio of suppliers as we move into 2025. Please join us in congratulating both Dawn and James on their new roles within AMI Group,” the company said in its press release.
